How can I track the number of participants in my company?
You can check here how many colleagues cycled to work on Thursday 27 April. Do the registrations of your company need to be bundled? Let us know at info@ikfietsnaarhetwerk.be.
Every participant has a chance to win a trip worth €4000. We will also raffle off 100 softshell jackets among all participants. The winners will be drawn in the week after the campaign.
Do you also want a chance to win a gift for you and your colleagues? Make a fun video leading up to or on the ikfietsnaarhetwerk-day and post it on your company’s Instagram or Linkedin page. The best entry will win a chip shop for colleagues.
You can download the promo material here and distribute it as much as possible. You can also print this out to distribute to your colleagues, friends and family. Are you cycling with some colleagues? Then take a nice photo together and tag us. Who knows, you might appear on our website.
Be sure to let people know on social media that you are participating with #ikfietsnaarhetwerk!
You can consult the list of participants here at any time. Do the registrations in your company need to be bundled? Let us know at info@ikfietsnaarhetwerk.be . We will pool the registrations on the #ikfietsnaarhetwerk-day on 25 April.
You can also participate if you work from home on the #ikfietsnaarhetwerk-day. Register and indicate that you work from home and will cycle a token ride.
One fifth of the population struggles to get around. The Cyclists’ Union, Cera and the Network Against Poverty are joining forces to fight transport poverty with the ‘A Bike for Everyone’ project (2023 – 2026). The project supports volunteers who get people moving by bicycle in their municipality or city.
If your donation is €40 or more, Fietsersbond will provide you with a tax certificate in March 2025. For this, however, it is necessary to transfer money directly to the Fietsersbond. You can do this in this way:

Frequently asked questions by companies
Cyclists within your company can register individually via the website. So there is no need to do this for your employees.
Would you like to bundle the applications within your company? Then send us a list in Excel on 25 April with these details of all participants: Name, first name, e-mail, company & the number of kilometres. You may send this to info@ikfietsnaarhetwerk.be .

You can reward your cycling colleagues with a nice healthy breakfast or fruit. Bicycle-friendly companies have also been handing out fluorescent vests or other gadgets.
In a creative mood? In the run-up to or on ikfietsnaarhetwerk-day, make a fun cycling video and post it on your company’s Instagram or Linkedin page. The funniest entry will win a visit from a chip shop at a time of their choosing.
